LIN Hu-kwei,a native of Jieyang, Guangdong, is a renowned contemporary master of the Lingnan School. He currently serves as a member of the China Artists Association, an expert consultant for the Hong Kong Museum of Art, and a visiting artist at the Shenzhen Art Academy. His artistic journey began at the National Academy of Art, where he initially studied landscape painting under Liang Boyu, establishing a solid foundation. He later formally studied under the Lingnan School grandmaster Zhao Shao'ang, inheriting the core essence of the school's tradition.
