Spirity, with some very strong notes of mustard, horseradish, wasabi. It gets more and more vegetal, grassy. Freshly mown lawn. Notes of gin and Schweppes. A malt that doesn't smell 'Scotch' at all! very nicely herbal, on Chinese green tea this time...Very long finish, nicely bitter and peppery.
